In consultation with the Supervisory Board of Biretco, Ron te Riele has decided to step down as Chief Executive Officer of Biretco B.V.
Ron te Riele asked to step down on his own initiative. The Supervisory Board respects his decision. According to the supervisory directors, Ron te Riele made a significant contribution in the past 12½ years to the growth and positioning of Biretco. They are grateful for his commitment and the contribution he made.
The Board of Biretco consists of two statutary directors: Ron te Riele, CEO, and Erik de Geus, CFO. Erik de Geus will provisionally be responsible for Ron te Riele’s tasks and responsibilities as statutory director. The Supervisory Board expects to be able to fill the vacancy left by Ron te Riele’s departure in the foreseeable future. Mr Otto van Leeuwen, Chairman of the Board of Biretco, will be available during this period as advisor and delegate member of the board of supervisory directors. Ron te Riele will remain available for a certain period to transfer current matters.
